What happens if I experience connectivity issues during my lesson with The Portuguese School?

At The Portuguese School, we understand that technical problems can occasionally disrupt your lessons. Here’s how we handle connectivity issues:

1. Class Cancellation due to Uncontrollable Technical Problems:

  • In the event of class cancellation caused by uncontrollable technical problems like weather-related issues or power outages, we will reschedule the class for a mutually convenient time. You will not be charged for the missed class, and we are committed to helping you make up for the lost time.

2. Connectivity Issues During a Lesson:

  • If connectivity issues occur after a portion of the class has taken place, for example, 30 minutes into the session, we will charge for the time already spent on the lesson, and the remaining portion will be rescheduled. This approach ensures fairness for both you and your tutor.

We prioritize delivering a seamless and uninterrupted learning experience. If you encounter any connectivity issues, please communicate with us as soon as possible, and we will work together to find suitable solutions to ensure your progress in learning Portuguese.
